By accessing or using intralocal.life, you agree to these terms. You must use the service lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated methods in a way that harms the service or its users.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Information you provide should be accurate and kept reasonably current.

intralocal provides local directory and discovery information for general informational purposes. Listings, contact details, hours, availability, prices, and other facts may change or contain errors. You should confirm important information directly with the relevant provider before relying on it.

Inclusion in the directory does not by itself constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or professional recommendation. Sponsored or commercial placements will be identified where applicable.

If you submit content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is not deceptive, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful. You grant intralocal permission to store, display, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the directory. We may review, correct, restrict, or remove submitted content when appropriate.

The service may link to businesses, websites, maps, or other services operated by third parties. Their offerings, conduct, availability, and privacy practices are outside intralocal's control and are governed by their own terms.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, intralocal disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the directory or dealings with a listed third party. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
