A marketplace made for neighbors
A trusted, hyperlocal place to exchange useful things with people who already live nearby.
Keep useful things moving locally
The intralocal Marketplace will make it easier for neighbors in Vinhomes Grand Park to buy and sell second-hand items, arrange a short-term rental, borrow something useful, or offer an item to someone who can give it a new life.
Because every exchange begins close to home, listings can be more relevant and handovers can be simpler—often within the same development or just a few buildings away.
Buy and sell nearby
Give well-kept furniture, appliances, children’s items, electronics, and everyday goods a useful next home—without the friction of arranging across the city.
Borrow or rent what you need
Find occasional-use items such as tools, equipment, travel gear, or event supplies within the community instead of buying something you may only need once.
Give away and claim
Pass useful items along for free, or find something another neighbor is ready to share. Less waste, less clutter, and more value kept within the community.
The Marketplace is coming soon
We are designing the experience around clear listings, nearby handovers, and safer community exchanges. Buying, selling, renting, borrowing, donating, and claiming are not available yet.
